APPLICABLE LAW
These general terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between Patinamöbel and its customers. They form an integral part of all orders and purchases made in writing, online or in person. Swiss law applies exclusively.
OFFER
The presentation on the Internet is non-binding. If the customer places an order, he or she makes an offer to conclude a purchase contract. A legally binding purchase contract only comes into effect when a confirmation is sent or when the goods are paid for. The vintage objects offered are not new goods. The lists of slight signs of wear may not be exhaustive. These are often small, barely visible marks that appear as soon as an object is used and acquires a natural patina.
PRICES / PAYMENTS FOR NEW PRODUCTS
All prices are net, excluding delivery and installation costs.
In principle, payment is possible in advance, by invoice, credit card (Mastercard, Visa), cash or debit card (Postcard, Maestro, Twint). If no other payment period has been agreed for invoices and advance payments or if the payment deadline is not visible anywhere, a payment period of ten days net applies. Patinamöbel reserves the right to adjust prices on an ongoing basis. The prices confirmed at the time of ordering apply to customers. The stated sales prices in CHF take into account the current exchange rate development as far as possible.
For orders and furniture purchases over CHF 1,500, a deposit of 50% of the order amount or the sales price is required. The remaining amount is to be paid upon delivery or collection by card or cash, or within 10 days net after receipt of the final invoice (depending on the agreement).
PROPERTY
The goods remain the property of Patinamöbel until the purchase price has been paid in full.
WARRANTY / GUARANTEE
ONLY APPLIES TO VINTAGE FURNITURE:
Patinamöbel deals in used goods and unique items. Although the condition of the items is described to the best of our knowledge, it is the buyer's responsibility to form their own opinion of the goods.
The warranty is therefore excluded as far as legally possible, in particular, rescission and reduction are excluded. Claims for damages are excluded.
ONLY APPLIES TO NEW PRODUCTS:
Deviations in structure and color are unavoidable for certain materials (wood, marble, leather, textiles, etc.) compared to the specifications and therefore do not entitle to complaints or warranty claims. In general, no guarantee can be given for the lightfastness of the colors of wood, leather, plastic and certain textile fabrics. The buyer must inspect the new goods ordered as quickly as possible. Complaints must be made within 5 days of receipt of the goods.
EXCHANGE / RETURN
There is no right of return or exchange. If a return or exchange is made as a goodwill gesture, a voucher will be issued for the amount paid (excluding delivery costs). All other claims are excluded.
