Gubi floor lamp Gröshoppa design Greta Grossman

The Gräshoppa floor lamp GM1 by GUBI has become a classic. Designed in 1947 by the Swedish-American designer Greta Magnusson Grossman, it can now be found in many interior design magazines. Greta Magnusson Grossman was inspired by Walter Gropius and Le Corbusier in her work. Nevertheless, she followed her own style and shaped American mid-century design with her European influences. The Danish company Gubi now produces the Gräshoppa lamp based on the original designs. Great reading lamp, the shade can be easily rotated. The floor lamp is available in various colors.
